How we collect reviews
- Review invitations go to every customer, not a selected group.
- We don't offer discounts, gift cards or refunds in exchange for reviews.
- We don't delete negative reviews. If a review breaks our guidelines — abuse, or content unrelated to the product — we remove it and say so.
- Where a review mentions a problem we've since fixed, we reply publicly with what changed.
The recurring criticisms, honestly
"The travel pouch is a snug fit with all three combs in it." Fair. We're working on a slightly larger pouch. In the meantime, the combs store perfectly well in a drawer and the pouch takes the clipper and cable comfortably.
"I had to work out the guide combs myself." The combs are colour-coded by length but the packaging doesn't spell out which colour suits which age. We've added a card to new runs and a short video on the product page.
"It's more expensive than the $25 one on a marketplace." It is, and we'd rather say why than pretend otherwise: the quiet motor, the vacuum chamber, the independent testing on every run and the Australian support all cost money. The cheap one is genuinely fine until it isn't quiet enough, which is usually the whole reason people end up here.
