We're an online business and don't have a retail counter, so please don't send returns here without contacting us first — we'll send you a prepaid label and the right address.

Returns and warranty

Email info@hushfern.com with your order number and we'll reply with instructions. For faulty items, include a photo and we'll dispatch a replacement straight away — we don't wait for the faulty unit to come back.

Safety documentation

If you'd like the test reports for your product, email us with your order number and the batch number from the base of the unit. We'll send the relevant documentation.

Wholesale and stockists

We're not taking wholesale enquiries while we focus on direct customers. If you'd like to be notified when that changes, email us with "wholesale" in the subject line.
